API Server (REST) — The primary control plane providing RESTful endpoints for all core functionality: expert and channel management, session lifecycle, message submission and retrieval, file operations, user and group administration, job tracking, analytics, and configuration queries. All administrative operations, state-changing actions, and data access flow through the API server, ensuring a single point of governance and audit.

Web UI Server — A browser-based interface for human operators providing chat interaction with configured experts, session management, file upload and download, knowledge search, administrative dashboards, and operational visibility. The Web UI proxies API calls and enforces access controls for administrative actions.

MCP Server — A Model Context Protocol interface exposing expert capabilities as structured tools for AI assistants and agent ecosystems. Supports stdio, streamable HTTP, HTTP JSON-RPC, and legacy SSE transports. MCP tools include chat, session start/resume/end, session listing, status queries, and history retrieval.
